Yeah for a person who knew almost nothing about cars back then. I was just
told where the throttle body was and what it’s supposed to do. Plus, it was
cold and snowing outside. Thus, I remember I took my breaks. Nowadays, I
just take my vehicle to the shop. I don’t have time to work on my vehicle
anymore due to my job and am also completing my degree here soon. Thanks
for the reply though.

Dealio82, that doesn’t seem that it is your throttle body, it could be your
MAF or Mass Airflow Sensor. If your vehicle does not have one you could
have a your TPS or Throttle Position Sensor going bad. My vehicle had done
that and it was definitly the MAF. Now it is stumbling under load inbetween
2500 and 3000 RPM in all gears. GOOD LUCK

8 hours? I did this last night in about 40-45 minutes from start to finish,
including cleaning the actual throttle body itself. This should be done
every 75,000-100,000 miles as a preventative maintenance. Thanks for
helping out with videos.

Often hard to say. I’d buy the aluminum felpro LIM gaskets and while you
have the LIM off the least you could do is check around the Heads
themselves for any head gasket damage, on the very most exterior. This will
give you an educated guess. Or you could just suck it up, rip off the
heads, buy new head bolts, and a MLS steel gasket set, prep everything
accordingly bolt everything back together. Infinitely easier typed out than
done. lol. PM me if you want further details.

Dwayne Ware says:

@9430chris Could a rack and pinion cause your rpms to go up. When i made
