This was the best video I found thank you very much

Mark Olander says:

Dam…you have Willow Oak leaves between your Montana hood and windshield just like I do in my '04 Montana. Vacuum those out regularly because they will get down in your ventilation system and decompose causing a terrible odor. I just lost my power steering partially and haven't done any troubleshooting of the system yet, but thank you in advance for this Video. You are organized, smart, and speak clearly…Perfect! Oh and please confirm that you have gotten those leaves out. I don't recommend blowing them out. Dry leaves in the engine compartment could catch fire. Just sayin….

Fantastic but wish you had better lighting. Really appreciate your video and it was very informative. Working on pump this weekend. Thanks

Wife didn't tell me the steering was making noise until it was REALLY making noise. Turns out the power steering pump was dry and now pretty well pooched. My fault, I suppose, for not being more diligent with the fluids. I'm not about to pay mechanic labor for my Pontiac dinosaur and this video is exactly what I was looking for. I'm going to get a $45 used pump from ebay and a pulley puller set from Harbor Freight and bang this out. Thanks a million for this great how-to!

Very helpful video. You should make more!

Irving Thomas says:

Love the video , thanks for posting. Very helpful. Is this the same as doing a Pontiac Aztec power steering pump?

Chris Davenport says:

This was probably one of the better how too videos on power steering pump. I have a 2001 Cavalier and getting ready to tackle it.
