Ok so i took the whole cigarette lighter apart and found this white
attachment to it with three sockets( does that need to be connected to any
other wires) ive never had the lighter working for me so that’s why i ask
you.. Should i find that white attachments at a junkyard.

Kaleb Cowan says:

I bought my grandam either a year ago Sept or 2 years go this Sept, well
needless to say, I never had my cig lighter working befor now. This video
walked me right through it, the things I had to get was a new cig lighter
mine was all corrodided, so I went to my local Gm dealer, and they gave me
the part, and I had a 20 amp fuse, so this whole process was done FREE, and
it only took me a matter of 5 mins after watching this. Great do it
yourself video.

Count Crotchula says:

You do know that the fuse panel near the driver and passenger door have
spare fuses right?

cagex006 says:

@TheAbbyhernandez yes you can check inside of your socket make sure nothing
is stuck inside, then get a OEM version and you need to fix it if alot of
work then take it to a shop

@TheAbbyhernandez you can find it in junk yard too, or get an OEM that’ll
do the job
