lol….oh right thats explains it..you see i left the industry back in 2010 (Autoglass) where we had to prime both the glass and the aperture i guess things have moved on since then!!!…thanks for the update:)
The primer was to address exposed seams and seam sealer.
We use a primer-less system which means that the rest of the contact surface that you are referring to does not need to be painted black. The only thing shocking about this is that you are not aware that Polyurethane adhesive technology has advanced beyond obliterating the pinchweld with black paint.
overall the clip and the presentation are good .But i believe it require some more details about the materials your using and what it does. and slow the clip down a little bit Paul,as it’s a bit fast.Thank you for the presentation though
I would really, really, really like to be a legend like Madonna. Madonna knows what to do next, and when she’s performing, the audience is just in AWE of her too. Na-a-mean? 😉
haha I had a go at glass bonding a 3552agn today, ( thought I’d better start small ), it went against the grain a little after body bonding for several years. Really need to work on my technique at getting it off the trestles though.
thx m8 I’m addicted now to clinically straight bond lines =)
You must be feckin mad liftin that on your own , but on the upside the inner trims are off : )

Sika introduced their primer-less bonding system before 2010.

unfortunately not, I find you quite an intriguing character Paul and you have become somewhat of a windscreen guru I’m in awe of.
