Peugeot TU Misfire – Fuel injector replacement

Peugeot TU Misfire – Fuel injector replacement

How to fix a misfiring Peugeot or Citroen with a TU engine.
This particular one is a 2005 Peugeot 206 1.1

The car was making a noticeable misfire sound, and was down on power (which is bad in a 1.1 206 because it needs all the power it can get)

Injector number 3 had failed and had to be replaced, it was an easy thing to fix for £30.

I have a 1.4 8v. Can I fit the injector of the 1.6 8v?

I want to check the injectors on a Peugot 206 1.6 16valve. Can't find any info on it. The layout looks very similar to this, except that the black cylinder (airbox?) behind the injector rail in this video completely covers the rail, so it can't be easily removed. I can't see any bolts/clips for the airbox either – any idea how to remove it?

Hey man, I love all your videos, but please stop giving all the engines you work on a bootful of revs the second they start!
