Yes there is a wire brush set that you can get to go on a drill to clean
out the hole in the cylinder head
Great piece of kit, excuse my ignorance, but are the injectors still
useable after taking all the tops of them like that.
how do you reinstall them again? with a special tool or just with a hammer?
Yes you can reuse them but you have be very careful and clean and have
everything spotless when reassembling. It would be best to get them tested
on a test bench before refitting

When you have the injector removed and you clean the body of the injector
and clean the hole in the cylinder head then the injector will just push
back in with your hand

You don’t need anything to put them back as they will go back easy once you
clean them
