If you really want to remove your Peugeot radio then the mechanical release
catches are released by putting two round rods (I found a T15 torx
screwdriver blade was a perfect fit) into the two holes at either end of
the CD slot. Pull the handles outward to compress the latches into the
radio chasis and then slide the whole radio out towards you. Rather stiff
to slide out and you may break your finger nails.
