How to Replace Tensioner Drive Belt 1.6 hdi, 1.6 tdci – Citroen / Peugeot

How to Replace Tensioner Drive Belt 1.6 hdi, 1.6 tdci – Citroen / Peugeot

All models are equipped with a single, multi-ribbed auxiliary drive belt. The belt tension is automatically adjusted by means of a spring-loaded tensioner.
In the meantime, the roller rolls out, as does the bow and the bearings. I replace the tensioner after 235.000 km. This is only available for models with automatic tensioner.
In this video I will show you step by step how to replace the automatic belt tensioner and the accessory belt drive on the next cars: Peugeot 1.6 hdi, Citroen 1.6 hdi, ford 1.6 tdci, Volvo 1.6d.

Era bine dacă ne arătați și vechiul întinzător cu motorul pornit. Bănuiesc că vedeam vibrații puternice și zgomot.
