I am actually trying to be helpful for once! A full how to dismantle and fit a new heater matrix, but you’ll have to put it back together yourself. This is a TU 1.1 engine with no air con. This should help you to remove the matrix without completely dismantling your 205 dashboard. Having not tried this on a non TU car I don’t know how different it is so good luck!

Hi! Would you mind telling me how did you get the vent panel off, the one right next to the steering wheel? Mine seems to be really stuck and it doesn't come out by hand as the ones in the central panel do. Thanks.
You've made a bigger job there, you don't need to touch any of the centre dash just the one near the pedals
