-Use a dry soft brush to remove spice dust
-Wipe clean with a dry soft cloth
-Fill 3/4th of the mill with peppercorns

I have a Peugeot grinder that was not working. I followed these directions. It works now.
Disappointing. This is more like an ad than a demonstration of how to clean the mill.
