Rob Dvla Swansea are really behind my friends dad works there and they still haven't got full staff in since lockdown started but if you haven't given them a ring yet they will confirm if they have received it or not

If you applied for the logbook with a v62 they are taking aaages at the minute. I waited about 5-6 weeks for one. If you apply online with the logbook they are quick though – 2-3 days
