Tom, that was a great report on shower bases. We have an MTI shower base in
our home and we absolutely love it. It was a hard decision for us to move
away from a tiled shower floor to an acrylic but we have been very happy
with our decision. The fact we don’t have the issues with cleaning grout
lines and resealing every year is a huge plus! We ended up tiling the walls
and using the acrylic pan. It still looks very high end and we still have
all the benefits of an acrylic shower pan.
