I had a vehicle with a complaint of overheating and pushing coolant out the overflow. I let it cool down and went out to the parking lot to take a look. I checked the coolant level, and it took 8 liters. I started it up and the coolant immediately got pushed out.

First impression is to assume the head gasket is at fault. That may not be the case. In this video, I show you what to look for and how to test to find out what the problem is. If you take a systematic approach and test as you disassemble you just might save yourself or your customer a lot of money. What is the problem or problems? Should the engine be fixed or replaced?
Watch and see.
Here we go!
