We currently do not have a video on this particular repair. If you have a
Chiltons or a Haynes auto repair manual, it should tell you what tools you
would need.
nice video, changing my truck shorks this weekend. never would have
considered not taking the tire off, interesting.

A person posted on another van forum that they had a similar knocking sound
in the same area and finally realized that their jack was not secure and it
was banging around in its compartment—A free and easy fix.
@gqmano6 It could be anything from the brakes to a wheel bearing.
Hi Gerry here i have 2005 venture with the air shocks is the a regular
replacement shock that will work .Gerry
would be great to see the venture/montana spark plugs replacement next in
this series. It’s some serious job wit the engine rotation involved as I
understand.
You could try that or also (depending where the bolt is) if you’re able to
heat it up with a torch and then hit it with the impact, that should break
if free for you.
I really need some videos on a daewoo leganza if you can get your hands on
one!! Thank you!
@Sgt2582 When I released the wire that was holding the shocks together it
extended all the way out. I found that I needed to leave the wire on until
I got the top of the shock in. I then cut the wire and as the shock
extended I was able to get it in the lower bracket. I did the replacement
with the vehicle on the ground. Other than that the video was excellent.
i got a 2003 chevy aventure but makes a funy noise in the back tires do u

anythin if i can have some ideas from u thank you guys

I would have them check the frame for any damage or any of the bushings for
the rear axle member.
