The issue now becomes getting the inside door panel off. You might have to bring it into a mechanic for them to do it since the latch has to be disengaged some from inside the door.
I own the same exact car in this video and I’m having the same issue. My question is, what if I can’t get the door to open even from the inside?

You may want to take the door panel off and see if there’s something that is broke on it while sliding it up and down.
