Nice work, your pretty handy with the upholstery. I had a bit of training years ago, I worked in a shop that replaced cloth seats with leather seats for new car dealers. We would pull the hog rings off with a pair of diagonal cutters, we never cut them for some reason, just the way I was taught. We also had air operated hog ring guns which made it alot easier to pull the fabric in place and just shoot on a hog ring. We also used the silicone spray to facilitate installation as well as painters plastic to wrap the seat and use a vacuum to suck it down, it’s very effective, especially on seat backs. The. You can pull the plastic out once the cover is in place. Very nice job!
