And it does not have the top engine mount on the 4.0. Also the part number for the belt is 730K6 its an inch shorter than the one in the video because the pulleys are a little smaller. Thanks for the post

I’d like to confirm this does work! Time ~2.5hrs if save old belt, ~1.5hrs if you snip it. 1) Loosen to flush 4 top bolts & move wash bottle 2)Use long 1/2″ soc ext to loosen ten’r (wedge popsicle stk against lower side ten’r pocket to reduce slop & increase throw) 3)Remove old belt 4)Snake new one bet’wn P/S pulley & ten’r & rnd crank pulley (now the fun begins!) 5)2ea 3/8″ 3′ dowels w side notch & heavy wire w a hook will help 5) Route: P/S to Alt to Idler to Crank to Ten’r and back to P/S.

MM, Thanks.

Install routing:
1. Loosen engine mount bracket nuts to reduce interference.
2. Around alternator
3. Around power steering pushing the belt below the idler/tensioner
4. Underneath car and put belt around idler only
5. Took belt off power steering to get slack
7. Back under – Around crankshaft and around tensioner
7. Up Top: While de-tensioning (1/2″ extension). Got most of belt on power steering.
8. Slight pulse of engine and belt went completely on.
9. Tightened bolts (step 1)
