@reyblanco1391 says:

hello my abs module burned and at first i thought it was a battery but lights still on no crank no start it melted the abs plug

@Garth2011 says:

Wow, how does an ABS module burning up like that, interior soldier joint or printed circuit shorts? What a mess. Also, aren't ABS modules programmed to the VIN of the vehicle?

@fredberfal1246 says:

if i burn up my car can i get a dorman hat too?
Their hats last longer than their parts cause they dont make their hats

@frap6790 says:

With all the diag, troubleshooting and parts it probably was close to the value of the car.

@geoffrwelsh says:

Did u actually TRY to SPS program the EBCM to the vehicle, or did you just ask Keith?

@waltxj says:

Ivan, would it be possible not to move the video around so rapidly. Does anyone else get dizzy watching the videos?

@andrewwilson8317 says:

Great video mate, can I ask what wiring diagram source you are using? For me I find getting accurate wiring diagrams the hardest thing. Fixing faults so very much easier with good data.

@throttlebottle5906 says:

yep, just as you found, wrong ABS unit/flash and harness pigtail for that vehicle package. whomever put it in failed to get the right part. oh-wells 🙂
I bet ABS light was on after first drive/activation of it. doh

@throttlebottle5906 says:

go figure a 99 olds with ABS issues :))))))

@somerandomguy3868 says:

Never even heard of that before

@zoidberg444 says:

WOW. What on earth happened to that module? Some sort of internal short? I didn't know there was enough current running through one of those things to do that. Yikes. Staten Island is crazy. Stay frosty Ivan!

@HUBBABUBBADOOPYDOOP says:

How does the saying go? If YOU fix it before me it's $___ per hour, and if you watch me fix it it's $___ per hour.

@robinsonsmotorcycleandauto3929 says:

That module is horrible don't think I've ever seen one that bad.

@robinsonsmotorcycleandauto3929 says:

Well I know where Keith is lol.
