Just remember that J heads are junk
Adjustable ford rocker arms work just as well as far as aftermarket units go. I'm running stainless full roller 1.6 rockers on my sbo ( ford units ) from PRW. Hate screwing with shims as the geometry really isn't that far off with the ford units.
Push tubes! That’s what I call them now! Lol. You can use sparking bolts if you like
