It’s hard to say because I never ran this exact engine configuration. I had
a similar cam in a 425 with unported B heads and the best I could do was 14
seconds with no major traction problems. Now it’s 4 seconds of smoke at the
light. Rev limiter way before the end of the track for a 13.69 Second time.
I took my machinist for a ride and he said that it revs like a small block
Chevy. I probably increased the intake flow to around 300 cfm from the
Edelbrock stock 268 CFM.
