The knocking is your piston rod…
Your timing jumped.I have the same engine in mine and it doing the same
Timing is off and your piston is slamming into the valves
Dude, have you heard of CarTalk? Those guys run a radio show on NPR and they give advice for people with car trouble. You should look them up cartalk dot com. I’d totally try to help, but I know nothing about cars haha
