Hello friend, I have some question. I bought a set of leds bulbs for my 2016 Rouge and them are brihgting less than the halogens ones, but my set of leds didn't come whith a ballast. So, I now wonder if the problem could be the ballast are missing. I'd I'd appreciate any coment.
