What charger/tender are you using for attempting repairs? Can it test the overall estimated capacity? I just purchased a 2011 leaf with cells #46, #38 and #17 reporting as weak cells using Leaf Spy and will be diving into the battery pack shortly due to degradation. I wonder if we are experiencing similar issues. Which cell(s) were you massaging during this process? I feel we could help each other with our findings. Best of Luck! Hi William. Rex here in Inglewood Taranaki NZ. I have a 2012 Leaf. I am thinking about removing the battery and doing the same. How did things work out. Did your low Cel come back to life? Did the range increase. Your video was great by the way. Kind regards

Hi William. I'm down in Southland with a 2015 24kW Leaf and I'd be keen to know your results with your attempt at reversing battery degradation. There's a guy in Auckland who has also done some experimenting with this and had some success about 4 years ago, but it'd be great to get a progress update from you on your tests as I may look to do the same with my Leaf battery if your tests are positive. Thanks 🙂

I'm in Aussie, is there a good import to get these batteries from?

Did it work?

Hey William, I just bought 2 packs like this and already carve them out (96 modules) but I did not check the SOH or SOC, I'd like to see your progress and update, before I connect mine.

Were are you buying these and how much

Luigi Pirelli says:

let us know. Can you share SOH and HX before and after?

OffGrid Wanabe says:

Might just work seems like series cells pick on one cell to be the lowest and it eventually gets out of wack. I had one row on my A123 go low and I isolated it and charged it up about a month ago and the capacity did improve but it is still the lowest one in the pack. May just be a maintenance thing I have to do every 6 months.
