Another happy viewer here. My ’04 Nissan Titan’s window was intermittently getting stuck up or down. It seemed random and often if I hit the door or slammed it, the window would work again. The motor was easy to remove after searching for a video specific to my vehicle.
Just as you said, the brushes were covered in carbon build up. I used mass air flow cleaner and a cotton swab to clean it. Also, I did apply a small amount of grease to the gears. Works great. Thank you!
I was about to purchase a new motor for my power window not working then I saw this video and I did follow the instructions and put the cleaned up motor back in and it’s like brand new one,up and down in blink of an eye! Thank you for saving me money .I wish you the best ,you did something good for me ,something good will happen to you .
