the same for me too?

This procedures works the same for a 2008 Nissan Rogue. It has the same
location for the parts shown here on this video. Thanks CarsNToys…

jhslat4hen says:

in Nissan tsb it says anything used other than genuine nissan cvt fluid
warrant will be voided.

darkKaplah says:

Thanks for the video! I have a 2008 versa sl and it’s about to hit 84k. I’m
about due to do this.

Quick question. How do you like the valvoline cvt fluid you used in the
video? I’m looking for good alternatives to the Nissan fluid.

zeke gar says:

hi i have a 2011 sentra base 2.0, i bought the cvt oil. is this the way to
do it for this my 2011. and is there any filter to change on the
transmission?

Nickolas Popovich says:

This was extremely helpful. Thank you!

jhslat4hen says:

when you added fluid were exactly on the dipstick did you fill it to.

jhslat4hen says:

Do Not use the fluid hes using you will void your warranty. On all 2007 -10
Nissan models.You have a 10 year 120000mile warranty.If you use any fluid
other than Nissan ns2 it will be voided.Just a heads up.

Fidel Chavarria says:

JARKK JARK says:

HI my friend, I have a CVT nissan Sentra 2009, Can i use Valvoline CVT to
replace all the fluid ? my transmission will not be damage?

Joon Choi says:

Thank you so much for this! My wife has a 09 cube and it’s practically the
same car and i didn’t want to bring it to the dealer because they honestly
just rip me off. so a few questions. do you have the part # for that
washer? does it have to be replaced? is it a crush washer or regular? i
really couldn’t make it out in the vid. thanks in advance

Steven Vincent says:

Did u only jack up one side of the car?

jigga594 says:

What cvt oil would I need for an 07 altima 4 cylinder sedan?

ManProvincial says:

After a CVT fluid change, you must clear a “CVT FLUID AGING COUNTER”. It
can be doing with a CONSULT-III. If you don`t do it, TCM would think that
fluid is old. This will reduce the resource of CVT.
P.S. Sorry for my bad English :(

Andrew Dsouza says:

I’m confused when i contacted Nissan yesterday they said CVT fluid is good
for the life of the vehicle?
btw do you need to flush out a CVT?

Edgar Valencia says:

what is torque spec on drain bolt

Carlos Andres says:

Do you know where is the transmission fluid tube to check the fuild level
on my Altima coupe 2010 6 speed manual transmission 2.5 ?

Garnet Stevens says:

I have a 2013 Nissan Altima and the dipstick seems like it is locked on in
some way. I do not want to brake it. How do I get it off?

LCCharlie says:

You were smart to use the plywood under the jack stands when on blacktop,
especially if your wife is around, lol.

Dominic Orlando says:

Thought #3 – Bottles pour without glugging if you flip them over from how
you have it in the video.

Dominic Orlando says:

Good video, but I can’t believe you’re working on a car wearing a watch.
Also, tapping on a ratchet like an impact can break it. You’re better off
and safer using a 1/2 breaker bar, maybe 18″ long, to get leverage. If you
need to tap it, then tap that. Tapping ratchets break ratchets.

MVP947 says:

Hey did you use the Nissan cvt fluid of the Valvoline version of there
fluid

Sandeep Veeramani says:

Very useful video.. I am about to do this on my 01 Sentra GXE 1.8. Its got
121k miles on it. I just bought it and I am sure that it has never been
changed. Do you recommend synthetic ATF fluid or regular?

jleal11 says:

Have you noticed any difference in cvt performance after using valvoline
cvt fluid. I’m always told to use the $20 per quart nissan cvt fluid.

SCOTT M says:

Great educational video! Well put together. Thank you!
