177 foot / pounds ?
I seen the repair manual and it indicates 80 foot / pounds .
What the bearing size?
Hi, may i know which standart to refer for nut torqing? SAE grade 5 fine?
Thank you! I did it to!
Bearing number please?.
Are you sure about the 177 foot pound torque on the nut holding drum on? Seems awful tight to me. I have seen online 90 foot pounds.
If you replace the drum, does the bearing come Installed?
More success putting the wood blocks on the concrete floor instead of tool cart. Tool cart top flexes, concrete floor doesn't. More energy into bearing, no parts bouncing around… Thanks for the detailed videos!
I skipped the freezer and it still went in with minimal effort. Just make sure you hit the outer race when installing the new bearing. It took 30 – 45 minutes total per side. Thank you for the video, it really helps those of us who don't work on cars that much, I worked on big trucks from 88 – 06.
Very informative as usual, great work.
You guys are just the best. Yall helped me get the old Taurus going and now I have a good idea of how to fix my wheel bearing. Thanks -PawPaw
these newer model Versa's are having problems with the rear bearings models 2016-18, I 've seen them come in new models, low mileage , under 10k miles with bad rear bearings. same with the Altima's models 2015-17, but with higher mileage 50k+
