So I don’t have to take my glove box out, shifter off, shifter bezel off
and also a few screws to get the faceplate off? I have read a few things on
google and it seems no one does this and just pry the faceplate off. I have
an Armada and I don’t want to rip any of my cables. Is it ok if I just pry
the faceplate off as well?

Man you saved my ars. Looking at the dash it looked complicated. Went into
the local stereo shop and they want $150 to install new head unit and run
pre-amp wires. Think I will save the money and do it myself.
