Hello, you can damage the hood if you don't place the wipers in SERVICE MODE. Turn ON the switch, then OFF, pull up the wiper lever 2 times rapidly… wipers advance halfway, that is SERVICE MODE. To return to NORMAL POSITION just turn switch ON, pull up wiper lever 1 time. Thank you.
