Koen Jonker says:

Your thermostat seems to have an issue. As it’s not in the center after driving and while driving.

FS says:

The end of the video suggests you needn an alignment.

MARTIN ROONEY says:

Haha not only did this save you a few quud its going to make a few quud too. Good video and thabks im no longer going going to scrap a car worth £2500.

awesome job well done

javaholic5 says:

What type of air compressor did you use at the end to extract the water? Also, is using an air compressor a must? I was assuming that when you have the car on idle or when your driving, it would push ouu or burn any water…

Jase says:

Run a long 1” drill through it and it won’t bother you again. Did that a few years ago on my v50.

Brett Wahapango says:

Great job well done !!

Michael Ikonya says:

Man thanks for this video bruv. Been debating doing a DPF delete but a garage quoted me 500$ for the job. I can do a clean myself.

K says:

Horrible things. On my Mondeo it turned out to be a faulty vapour valve. Next time I have issues it's being gutted and remapped

Kevin Foster says:

Wasn't looking for a video on the subject just decided to watch it as YouTube had suggested it. Great vid though love seeing people fix things themselves rather than pay over the odds for the same job. Highlight of video for me though was @10:33 proper shimmy on there! Great Job fella.

TheHo useholder says:

If you get a nice long 10-12mm drill (no bigger ! ) and drill through it, It will also cure the issue without remapping or triggering warning lights

CCROSS5882 says:

must be working or it wouldn't be black, what does DPF stand for? is that another name for catalytic converter.

Qual produto você utilizou para limparo catalizador?
Obrigado!

SnobGoblin the third says:

Thanks for the tip, so many vids just talk or don't even show why/what is going in. Cheers

Gene Miller says:

That’s insane. Glad my diesel doesn’t have any of that nonsense. It’s a 2006. That was very satisfying to see that junk come out.

Max Black says:

This is why town runabout cars should NOT be diesel.

Rich Swain says:

Thanks for the upload. My lights just come on, nissan Note 1500 Diesel
Ill try this . Cheers man

Lisa Swan says:

Hi we also have the 1.5 DCI ON THE Renault Megane III and was told that the DPF was blocked and a regen was not possible. We were told that the only option was to replace the DPF but after a quick look on YouTube, I came across your video and thought I would give it a go. After leaving it soaking in the solution for about seven hours, then flushing, the power is back to normal and so is my mind!! It's videos like this that save people so much money, gives them confidence to try it themselves too with the step by step guide that you show. Just wanted to say a massive thanks!

Noureddine El mekaoui says:

الحمدلله ،بارك الله فيك

den midds says:

Was that just the DPF or was the cat connected as well?
