my man, i got a 2001 altima gle, that im gonna throw some shit in

TheScoobNoob says:

Do you need an amp if you’re putting in aftermarket speakers? I don’t know
a lot about car audio…

attybee says:

@stephentraveldeals …….just found out that it uses 5 by 7
speakers…….does the size say anything about output? Thanks for being so
helpful……….

stephentraveldeals says:

@attybee Attaboy! These are 60 watt spkrs, compared to the 30 watt stock
speakers – cardboard cone pieces of junk. I got them on eBay – look for
B-stock or refurbished spkrs, or even used ones from a reputable source. I
would do a google search to verify that the 95 Altima also has 6.5″ spkrs –
that’s the only way to be sure!

This video is so helpful. I’m relpacing the whole door and new panel
tomorrow. Thanks!

nova123 says:

Don Ogden says:

Are all the speakers in the car the same? Or what do you have in the back?

iraqiqladiator says:

thanks a lot that was really helpful

Rob Tran says:

@sgtkasi I replaced the front speakers with a set of Sony’s that were on
sale. Removed the stock connector and soldiered it on the new speakers to
make it easier to replace again if needed. it wasn’t the door at all. both
speakers were torn which caused the rattle/distortion. I still need to
replace both rears but don’t know how.

whats the name of the song

xstylenx says:

TX appreciate it m8.

stephentraveldeals says:

@lolley1100 >>>Yes, that is the stock head unit from the altima. I was also
impressed enough to put this on YouTube, although I don’t think the head
unit that came with the car is anything special. Nice speakers – I’ve been
enjoying them!

emace3 says:

attybee says:

hey steve, would that size of speaker fit a 95 nissan altima cos my
speakers are not givin me the umph i need, plus it rattles too (what’s the
wattage and where do i get those). Would appreciate ur help.

mylesputnam says:

That was very helpful, thanks

JessieBolt says:

Hey, great tutorial. I just replaced the rear speakers in my 99 Altima. I’m
going to do the door speakers this weekend. I bought some Polk Two Way
speakers and was just going to leave the stock tweeter unhooked. Do you
think that will be OK? Did you hook up your stock tweeter or is it unhooked?

99Legacy2.0T says:

handy as fuck! just bought this car cant wait to put some speakers in, but
component with tweaters in those black pieces u took out 😀

andres bognot says:

Did u used the bracket that came with speakers ?

Stephanie Smith says:

Thanks man! I was changing out my Window Master Control and needed some
extra details to get the door panel off. I really appreciate your video.

ANDRESballin1 says:

@8386839 – Hey, glad that I could help. I am impressed that over 1,000 have
watched this video and a few have found it helpful enough to leave
comments! Don’t forget the overall message of my video viewers —-Do it

duke53y says:

Do u have any other videos on how too remove the front door panel on a 95
Nissan Alitima. Too change the speakers

justin10089 says:

you dont have to take the door latch screw out just the plastic ring around
it dumbass

sgtkasi says:

@8386839 My ’01 Altima has started rattling as well, and it hasn’t had
stock speakers since ’03, so I think it might be a problem with the door
and not the speakers.

Rob Tran says:

this has been very helpful, the 98 altima looks very similar to the 2000
model. our ’00 has started to rattle and was interested in having a look at
the stock speakers before getting new ones.. this helped out a lot.

bartheljm says:

what song is that

MisfitMafiaPB says:

the speaker itslef is 6.5 but the mount is about 3/4 in more

Wang Thanatos says:

This is really great, just changed radio on my 99 altima and planning to
change the front speakers, they are rattling. thanks man.

pjh0636 says:

@Thescoobnoob it would be better if u have a amp. If u have a new head you
prolly dont need it but it would be best

zyli2006 says:
