Where can you get a replacement for the remote??
Unless there is a new compressor set up in the units shown here, mine will
not heat if the outside temperature is 0 or lower.
The outdoor unit is installed on bracket, clearance 30’ from the wall. We
installed hundreds of units same way, Bets performance for heating mode, no
problem in cooling mode.
Nice clean job! FormulaBoat the install manual says 4″ from the wall.
Outdoor unit should not be up tight against the house. This is the inlet
for the majority of the condenser fin area. Please read the installation
manual and correct it for this homeowner.
