Was the 2.5mm feed on its own circuit or taken off an existing circuit? I have #4, 2.5kw and #2, 3.5kw to install and was wondering if i need dedicated circuits for them all. Not sure what the regulations are in aus to usa

I've probably driven along there when I was in the navy back in 1994-5 at crib point.. Lol

I like the Mitsubishi heavy industries units. Good value. I install my own

@davidstephen373 says:

You made that look pretty easy. Well done.
I have a problem with a recent new ME split install.
Fan only, runs quiet , but when in heat mode makes a hell of a racket. After enquiring with Mitsi Electric, tech person suggested that the indoor unit might not be attached to the wall bracket correctly, in particular the centre hook at the top of the bracket. Would you agree with this possibility, or could it be something else?

@alen111ify says:

when I turn on the air conditioner for heating, I have to wait 5 minutes before the air conditioner starts blowing

@mjhmaree says:

Hey mate. The wall brackets you use outside, what was the wall made out of and what screws and how many did you use? Reason for asking is that I am going to install the same unit at my property but my wall outside is cladding.

@JC_555 says:

cool video mate.

@CD-uj4ke says:

wish they would stop selling that cheap crap white insulated pipe.. black inso fired rated pipe is the pipe i use, especially due to the hot WA climate

@CT-vm4gf says:

I had this same model installed recently. When the compressor is running slow maintaining temp, it vibrates the outer casing in front of the compressor, so annoying. I notice on this model they don’t stamp a pattern into the sheet metal on the front to give it rigidity, Might have to see if it’s a warranty job.

@Yaboiirexy says:

Bloody Mitsi hate us not running a seperate comms cable, apparently they won’t cover warranty.

@mikaelahyakuya3485 says:

So, this is basically an MSY-GT unit (which sold in my country) but with a bit bigger CDU with blue fin condenser, not a cost-cutting cute and small CDU with microchannel condenser.
Also, nice installation.

@AzizAziz-lc2qk says:

Much easier way is to do install the wires to the head unit instead of using a snake before mounting the head unit. Saves a lot of time because head unit is infront of you instead of the wall!! Just the way I've always done it cheers!

@ClimateAdaptation says:

Great installation video, it was nice to see you pressure test it. Cool to see you installed the isolator. I have been seeing a lot of PCB's getting fried by power surges from lighting or power lines. Have you ever thought of including surge protection in the switchboard?

@tomm5712 says:

Hey mate what fixings do you use to hang the indoor

@J.k313 says:

Mitsubishi heavy over electric everyday of the week
