Odaine Miller says:

I gt a Mitsubishi lancer 2002 gdi engine.i want to change the engine to the
one that’s in your car

Odaine Miller says:

hey keep up the videos there a lot of help

The DarkDragonWing says:

Sorry, I haven’t gone there yet so I have no experience in that area. I
will be doing that too, but I’m still making money for that. Cheers

Hesham builder says:

would you recommend an aftermarket exhaust for my mitsubishi lancer 2006
and if you do what brands are the best for sound and shape ?

The DarkDragonWing says:

Hey, there probably is, but I haven’t searched on google to see if there
is. It would be cool, you know plug it in your laptop or something.
Meanwhile, I think having a little coder reader would be easier? The one I
have in this video is too expensive like $200. BUT the code reader that I
have right now cost only about $29. Check this video out: Lancer Fix |
Upstream O2 P0171 P0134 P0135 – Ep.18 Cheers

Mahmoud Ahmad says:

Hey man, just wanted to know if there is a free software for car
diagnostic? you know to find out the car problems, similar to the device
you used.

The DarkDragonWing says:

I use carburetor cleaner. Cheers

waterhorse66 says:

I have a question, what cleaner did you use to clean the IAC valve? Thanks!

waterhorse66 says:

Ok. Thank you very much!

The DarkDragonWing says:

No, I don’t think valve cover will do that code. Maybe you should reset the
Engine light and see if it will come up again.

waterhorse66 says:

Have you tried replacing your CLOCKSPRING? I read somewhere that when your
SRS lit up and the horn is gone, its the clockspring. Its like a bearing
around your steering column directly behind the steering wheel srs. It has
wiring and connectors that controls the SRS, horn,etc.. Btw, can a leaking
valve cover trigger the code P0507? Mine just lit up. 🙁

The DarkDragonWing says:

Nice! Yes, I once have to replace the gas cap. I bought it from eBay.com.
Though it has to be OEM, mine said to be an OEM part. . By the way, I’m not
sure if that will fix your car’s problem. . I have a question, did you mean
“SES” to be “SRS” light? Because I have the SRS light on and never found a
way to get rid of it. . Cheers

waterhorse66 says:

Hello Mack, I finally did all the hard work and now my car has no SES
light. It’s been 200 miles since I did a ton of work (and serious cash!)
following your advice. But my emission test failed (even though no SES
light) because it says in their scanner prior to testing that I have a
problem with EVAP. I was wondering if its just the gas cap. I saw one of
your videos that you changed yours. Did you order it from Mitsubishi or
some third party vendor? Thank you and regards from California! 🙂

The DarkDragonWing says:

I see. Sorry I don’t know.

360RTZoD says:

Sorry posted that comment by accident. But I’ve cleaned the EGR and changed
the EGR solenoid still get the code popping up. I applied vacuum to the EGR
itself and it pulled open. From what another guy said it should have killed
the engine when I applied vacuum to the solenoid. It didn’t what else could
cause this a blocked passage in the intake?

The DarkDragonWing says:

Go watch how I clean the lancer intake air control: Lancer Fix | Rough
Idle / Engine Light / O2 Sensors P0421 – Ep.1

360RTZoD says:

lancer intake air control

The DarkDragonWing says:

Ty!

The DarkDragonWing says:

Photoshop? 😀

DUSTIN CALMA says:

Where is the purge valve canister? P0403 code

Jason Tarnutzer says:

🙂 keep it up

Peter Soros says:

what was the plastic bottle for?

hotdog15112 says:

TY. yeah eventually lol. I dont know if the rattle with the struts is a
defect, i might change the mount bearing or the complete mount with a
gabriel mount instead of KYB. we’ll see. and buy a good grease to put some
on it. Also ive been looking into the CVT thing and it feels like the
throttle is rough but the car is too new, the cable goes on the air filter
box and i think that makes the throttle hard, i might have to relocate it,
but dont have another “hanger” for it. know the real name?

The DarkDragonWing says:

Um.. I don’t think I know.

hotdog15112 says:

I just looked into mine and it doesnt have EGR valve, lol, it does have the
hole and a plug covering it. What other sensor needs maintenance? Man i
have a lot of questions about this car, do you think you can help? My Cs3
CVT has a problem with the front struts they rattle and knock, the strut
and mount are new just replaced to try fixing the noise but it came back no
one knows why it does that. Apart from that the car makes a “ping” when
accelerate like a manual does when it comes to shifting

The DarkDragonWing says:

Cheers! haha

TKTheHedgehog says:

@cunaca91 on the evo its a bit different than the lancer. believe it or
not, there was a vacuum hose undone on the back side of the egr. i ziptied
it up, and the code dissapeared….still runs like crap though.

The DarkDragonWing says:

Um yea, It’s got an aluminum gasket. So, it’s reusable. It will not leak.
You don’t need anything else. Just clean it good and you will be fine.

The DarkDragonWing says:

If none of the things I suggested don’t work then, you will need an air
flow sensor.

The DarkDragonWing says:

Keep looking, it’s not a big deal I don’t think. You will figure it out
eventually. You’ve got all the time you want.

The DarkDragonWing says:

interesting

The DarkDragonWing says:

You will have to wait and see. I might be fixing random things. Hopefully,
I will have time to work and save some money to buy the body-kit and new
rims. Cheers!

Mored1984 says:

Clear it’s Photoshop 100%

ernesto7373 says:

How much did the code reader cost?

TheUsercalledmike says:

or if you have laptop get tactrix cable, and aktivematrix software or other
for free you can re flash log and all also if problem with ses but car runs
perfect you could just disable the code with this setup also don’t need usb
unless you will do live tuning as you can just use sd card make sure your
car is supported or i’m sure quick Google search will find it.

EvolutionSev says:

My Evo IX threw this code today. 🙁 I hope it’s just the hose…

The DarkDragonWing says:

I use carburetor cleaner. 🙂

7oxSin says:
