i need one on changing the low beam
Yea I figured it out then company I ordered from wired the harness wrong
Damn those look sick. You put led’s in the halos? Is that why they are so
much brighter?
@xxDarkHeartxx731 Well, you know the bumper lights still go on when you
turn on the lights? Its just when the engine is turned on, the halos come
on. So it doesnt take you to turn on the bumper lights to make the halos
come on. I mean you still can have the bumper lights on with the halos. To
me, yeah buy new ones. They are obviously better, but you don’t want that
bulb coming out so at least get those fixed.
H1 bulb should be included in the hid kit. Special bulbs.
@kirkhutchify haha sorry man, i live all the way up in ohio. But you could
probably do it yourself and save some cash. 🙂
hey do you live anywhere near MS? I’d like to pay you to do mine for me.
Message me or call plz. 6624185258
do you need an hid kit?
@montysport94 One headlight? hmm…I got a pair off ebay for 120$ so im
guessing 60$ but…they only sell them in pairs as far as i know.
@aris1128 120$ shipped off Ebay. Yeah just search mitsubishi eclipse 03
dual halo or something like that. The sometimes run out of stock, so check
frequently. And your welcome (:
No need to, its basically plug and play and getting the wires out of the way
Could you do a video on how to indsall hid lights on a Eclipse to the Halo
headlights? Plzzz
Ok thanks!
@TheNeuman Well could you find a link on the internet with the exact kind
of inline fuse I need cuz I’m not really sure what they are. I found some
but not 100% poositive its what I need. Thanks so much for your help.
@1thisbeme23 Okay, well if your going to criticize my video make some
sense. Why i want my halos on all the time? Day-time running lights. If I
went to Canada it is required you have daytime running lights. Second, it
looks tacky with the bumper lights on. My opinion. I just want the halos
on, even if they are on in the day light who cares?. Thank you for
favoriting my video though. Good luck with your halos.
@montysport94 well you got to take the burnt one out and get the specifics.
For instance mine is h1 for my high and low beams. ( high = brights )
Thanks for the vid i have an 03 eclipse. I was wondering, about how much
are your dual halo lights and where did you get them? thanks.
Yeah, you need power to illuminate the halos, so you need a power source.
They want you to use your parking lights (bumper lights). You can do that,
or you can run an inline fuse to the fusebox so your halos are always on
when you turn the car on.
@JUSTADDCHEESE he bought em at ebay. Type dual projector for eclipse.
Where would you recommend getting the halos from? and if you dont care if
the running lights are on with your halos, do they just connect regularly?
Hey TheNeuman, will the halo’s work without plugging them into to fuse box
or anything else? Like if you just plug your stock wiring for your old
lights
Im trying to do this with the same car (GS) but every open spot on the fuse
block is always live all the time is this right Neuman?
Hey i have the same eclipse and ran the wires and connected them together,
but i’m at the last part and have no clue to what you are pointing to. Is
there any way you could show me the “hooking up to fuse box” step with more
light because it is too dark to see it. Or could you respond back and tell
me what exactly you did. But thanks alot for the video.
hey i have a question for u, I put HID on it, and it just sux man..does it
happen to ur’s too??? it just doesn’t give u the clean line…..i have
bought many projector for every car i changed, by far the best projector i
ever bought was for my 2005 scion tc, it gave you the best clean cut line,
an’t like this after market shit projector headlights for my 2003
eclipse…….so piss
like the way your car looks but no eclipse can beat my sexy 2002 Mitsubishi
Eclipse! xD
you can find alot of parts for almost any kind of car at andysautosports,
thats where im gonna get my lights. and it is online
How would you wire them with the bumper lights right below? I am having
trouble figuring it out on my 2000 Eclipse GT
@TheNeuman Did you have to remove your bumper to install the halo headlight
housing?
Did you take off the bumper to run the wire from the right headlight to the
left one?
whats the name of the lights and where did you get them?
He can’t because “he pays” to much for university…. like the rest of us..
will this work if you have bi-xenon bulbs?
u are badass…..
Yep, mine were bright. If they aren’t replace the leds in ’em. It takes
some work and know how, but that’s really the only way.
damn. i have the same car, same color. never thought of putting those in. I
need those in my life! lol very nice
how much power did you have coming out of that slot? I measured 0.10 volts
with the ingnition on and about 0.40 volts witht the engine running and it
doesnt seem to be enough to power the halos. do you know what the solution
would be for that? I also have a 01 eclipse gs.
Where did you order those headlights? because I was told A lot of customer
headlights won’t fit eclipse right so I wanted to make sure I ordered the
correct ones. i have a 2004 btw
What kind of wire did you use to run it from left to right??The black and
red wires on the back of the halos can’t be that long.
Yeah man, I’ll try to do that this week, got to wash the car before though!
