Great vid, man
Great video, got my car sorted without spending $$$
it is a whole lot easier and quicker to remove the radiator more room to get at the belts
Size of these belt
Fan doesn't need to be removed. Just did a belt change same model. Does make it a bit easier though for access to bolts.
Excellent tutorial – spot on
How tight should i tension the belts?
which dimension is the belts?
You have a great discipline and made the best effort. Thanks, Gerard, for your help and time and tools.
Thank you Gerard for the video. Simple with good info and I like that.
Just done mine, found this very useful, thanks. Trickiest part for me was getting the new belts on, even with the Alternator fully slackened off
Thanks, in my triton with 4m4, I couldn't see around the alternator to figure out the tightening
Thanks mate very informative video!
So the one thing I'm having problems with is the one part that you did not show. That is getting the new belts over the pulley. I can't loosen the alternator more, and the belt is too tight to fit over….
Any tricks?
Thanks Gerard, you make it to look so easy.
Great video. Precisely what I was after. Very comprehensive and clear. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks, very informative. On a Pajero you can change the 3 belts WITHOUT removing fan. I think it's easier. Also lower Alternator mounting bolt is undone from rear (17mm socket after removing splash tray) it can be VERY tight. It does undo if you can get enough leverage in tight space. Cheers….David
well done.. thanks!
Great stuff, thanks.
Thanks so much for putting this up.
I have a Delica L400 and it looks to be the same procedure.
I came across a printed how to in a forum elsewhere but your video made it clear as day
thanks for helping
Good man! Very detailed. Mine is just after breaking. Great to hear a fellow Irish man telling me how to change it:)
Hey awesome video I've been wanting to do my pajero drive belts for a long while now but lacked a bit of confidence to do it. The way I imagined it is the same so this video shows me how simple it will (should) be. Thankyou!
