Looks good, nice work guys.

Aside from Window Units, these are the only alternative in hot and humid
Philippines, and I *don’t* like them. Why? Because you still can’t cool
down your *bathroom* as the same time as your bedrooms. That’s one nice
thing about living in the States, “you don’t start sweating your behind
just minutes after showering” when the house or apartment A/C is running.
While the neighbors are upgrading from old window types to split-types
(with “inverter” technology included, whatever that is), I’m racking my
brains on how to incorporate a ducted system into our not-ducted-at-all
house.

Dennis Miles says:

I was stationed in Japan in 1969 and 1970 and systems of this type were
announced for sale in Japan. On Local TV, in late 1969. But, it has taken
almost 50 years for Mitsubishi to start offering them in the USA.

Steve Soper says:

I love these systems. So how did the installer know where to drill the hole
on the outside of the garage to line up with the hole on the inside?

general user says:

where was his micron gauge when pulling a vacuum? Hack.

Bobby James says:

I like the ductless mini split systems. I service commercial HVAC units for
banks and I have been considering installing a 2 zone mini split on my
360sq ft cabin project. Thanks for the video.

We have been using the same system in sweden for many years, just in
reverse. We pump in the warm air instead. Works down to -29C.

Jason Rogers says:

Why risk hand bending the copper piping, wouldn’t it safer to use a small
pipe bending tool?
