Thank you so much for this video! Same thing has happened to the same window. I didn't make a new clip but I was able to set the arm of the regulator in the 'up' position. I disconnected the regulator, so the window won't fall — it won't open either, but that's better than it falling.
Can I buy the little plastic part?
