just make sure you sand the plastic a little to let the paint stick also
try self etching primer or sandable primer as well

no screws just use a trim removal tool or just be careful
the big center panel do you just pull it off?
you have to lift up the tire cover and start from the bottom and just pop
it off the top has to be pulled straight up
