wire it to your dome lights as I did for my footwell lights, it will give
you constant power and make sure to place an inline fuse just in case.
hey, thanks for your videos. i was thinking to add a surveillance camera
into the car(it will run even when the engine is off, i’m not concerned
about the battery drain issue since the current draw from the camera is
pretty small), but not sure where to hardwire it so i can always get power
from the car battery. do you have any suggestions? thanks! (hooking up
directly to the battery is not an option as it’s too ugly)
true but there is constant power going to them so you can turn them on even
it the car is off. If you look at the video I made for the footwell lights
you can see what I mean. There are three wires going to the lights, ground,
constant and ignition. use the constan.
no problem glad it helped.
dome lights? but they are definitely not on when the engine is off.
Thanks man. I may do this.
