I have been a Fujitsu Minisplit guy for about 14 years and have installed many but I have researched Mitsubishis and have found that I really like their setup. The only thing I could see in that very short video that I would have done was to put the line set in a wall chase!
I have no HVAC experience, at all, and I installed a full home Mitsubishi system, 2 4 ton outdoor units feeding 10 indoor units of varying capacity between 6k and 24k, all on wall, using 2 3 way and 1 5 way branch box. Had an HVAC tech come out for the vacuum and nitrogen purge of the systems. Great quiet units. I also did the full electrical wiring on the same new build and was a little troubled to find that the 48,000 btu outdoor units even when off still draw 1.5a of current.
Cool deal. I wonder if Samsung will beam a little tech support man to explain why their control boards burn out on their high end appliances. Probably not. XD
mini splits are junk
Tech support is not that quick lol ive often waited an hour on the phone to get someone
Are there thermostats that will control both a mini split a/c system and a hydronic cast iron baseboard heat system?

Better know what your doing messing with mini splits lol. We've been putting them in for years.
No way you could have a phone call with Mitsubishi tech sport that doesn't include spending an hour on hold.
Joe Shearer should been sent
you sure that was tech support vs. anti-tech support :)))
just joking 😉
Great video!

Are you for real over the pond put thousands of them in in the UK don't get that support mind you don't need it they're easy
Mitsubishi makes some great industrial units. Some of the best I've seen. Trane did well, heck, Mitsubishi pulls them up.
Ole Jet setter Ralph , good thing there was a Helipad near by …Otherwise he'd have to parachute in … Lol … Good vid Ted … Hope there's a follow up …
To bad it was filmed with a potato

Had issues with the communication side had to make sure it’s 14 gauge 7 strands 4 conductor tray cable for anything longer then 60 feet
Definitely excited about this partnership between Mitsubishi n trane hopefully it’ll be better than the trane/Gree Units
What was the number again?
