I took the "resistor" apart and found a power transistor, 2 resistors, a cap(I think) and a shorted diode. Rockauto has a new one from four seasons for 13 bucks, it's 75 bucks at autozone. Retired electronic tech with no inventory, sad.
How do I check resistor?
