KNfilters says:

We have not fit tested it, and do not recommend it.

KNfilters says:

The correct kit for your application is 69-6540TP or 69-6540TB; depending on the color you want.

KNfilters says:

Unfortunately, we do not produce an intake kit for your application at this time.

question for you K&N I have a 2010 lancer rally art 2.0 turbo I cant find a intake for my car anywhere do you guys make one for my car cause all I can find is the drop in filter please help

Vincent Fung says:

And to the gas mileage question, I havn’t really paid attention to the mileage, but i’ve heard that it does increase your mileage ever-so slighty. Amazon does sell these intakes for about 50% off, and at first, I thought it was too good to be true, but i got it for around $260, plus shipping.

Vincent Fung says:

Lol, you probably have it already installed onto your car, but if not, I’ve noticed an increase on torque, but not drastic, just noticable. If you give it WOT at around 2,000~2,500 RPM’s, it sounds like a boxer engine with it growling, lol. (This is my brothers car that i’ve installed it on, but even though i’m a subie guy, I still fell in love with his Mitsubishi) The cockpit does get extremely loud at WOT, and can be CLEARLY heard from outside. Installation was fairly simple and short/quick.

TonyTony chopper says:

does this product would fit right in my 2002 lancer oz rally automatic

KNfilters says:

All of our intake systems are tuned to work with stock programming of the vehicle and do not require you to tune.

James Bond says:

I just bought the same car. Have you installed it yet on your GT? Have you noticed any difference in power and did it change your gas mileage?

kevin71127 says:

Do you guys recommend an ECU tune after installing this intake?

KNfilters says:

No it will not, as long as it is plugged back in upon completing the install.

nathan barbaran says:

i live in cali i got a 2012 lancer gt im def. getting this installed.

Gary Hylton says:

will unplugging the mass air flow sensor give you a check engine light?

KNfilters says:

I would recommend checking with your local Mitsubishi dealer to see if you have the EGR tube. They will look this up by your VIN. Let me know if you do.

Armaan2092 says:

hi guys can someone help! just bought one of these and installing it on my lancer es 2009 2.0L but am stuck at stage 18 from the Instruction manual where it says if my car has an ERG tube unclip the engine wiring harness, I can’t figure out how to do this! and I can’t figure out if my car has an ERGtube! does the lancer es 2009 2.0L have an erg tube an if yes how do I unhook that wiring?

TimOfDoom says:

Vincent Fung says:

Alright, thanks!

KNfilters says:

This is the correct kit for your application.

Vincent Fung says:

Would this work on a 2012 Lancer GT?

Hey i have a 2012 lancer SE 2.0L….will the typhoon kit fit on my vehicle? part #69-6544TS

KNfilters says:

Unfortunately, we do not produce an intake kit for your application at this time.

widooex says:

Will it work on a 2008 1.8l Mitsubishi Lancer?

KNfilters says:

This system does eliminate the factory intake tube. The K&N intake will connect directly to the throttle body.

RememberSVTKY says:

Can you specify what the differences may be? The cars are virtually the same as far as I know besides small things like tail lights, gauges etc.. Lots of other kits say 08-09, but some say 08-11. Just wondering if you could clarify? Thanks
