Thanks Ahmed,
Finally got it ….FYI…. The Hole for the HVAC is located at the bottom left corner of the HVAC….After draining the hole per TSB 09 55 002, I inserted the hanger wire all the way through and placed the guide tube (Plastic ice maker water line) over the wire within the engine compartment.. A feel better now about this…Peace and Love..

logman42 says:

I also insert a rubber hose (flex fuel line) over the wire and pulled the drain hose back into the HVAC case. I sealed the inside of the tubing where it entered the HVAC case with black sealant. This was to stop any leaks where the drain line entered the engine compartment.

TSB-11-55-003 FIXES THE PROBLEM..
TSB-12-55-002 CLEANS OUT THE DEBRIS IF YOU HAVE ANY. Just search them and they will come up using any search engine.

TheDon502 says:

I made a post on a website . It has all the TSB numbers and a long explanation of what to do web address. Send me a message and I will send you the link.

i dont have the Technical Service Bulletin(TSB) number with me right now, it is at work. I can post it up on tuesday. I downloaded it off line by searcing via google but i knew the tsb number so that made it easier

gt5426c says:

Any way I can get a copy of that bulletin?

TheDon502 says:

I actually was able to fix mine like the service bulletin said. I put a 90 deg tube on the end of the drain line and secured it. Now when I turn on the a/c all the water drains out of the 90 deg that I have coming through the fire wall.

Ahmed Youssef says:

i”m not only cleaning.
I pushed this metal all the way into the HVAC Drain to push any dirt inside

Ahmed Youssef says:

yeah, the same way you did in your video
but instead of using an electric wire as u did, I used a piece of umbrella as shown in the video.

Vermonster90 says:

Are you cleaning the through port from condenser unit to fire wall out in this video?
