It will show up as one drive on the desktop – however the capacity depends on the RAID setup you choose. With RAID 0 (Striped) as well as SPAN (Non-RAID mode) you will have the capacity of both drives added together, while on RAID 1 (Mirrored) you will have a total capacity of one drive, while the other is an exact duplicate of the first drive.
