mercury outboard solenoid valve broken 60 HP EFI

does anyone know what the problem is? high idle speed, 1200 rpm the solenoid suction is very hard, more than normal (broken?)

Hey this issue is caused by your IAC valve. Its the one in the video sucking air. This has a solenoid on the inside which should open and close to regulate air going in. If the solenoid stops working it causes this issue. Only thing you can do is replace the IAC valve. Hope this helps
