How To Rebuild and Install a Mercury Optimax Outboard Bearing Carrier

In this video I show how to Rebuild and Install a Mercury Optimax Outboard Bearing Carrier. In the last video on this motor, I basically had to destroy the old bearing carrier since it was so firmly frozen in place. Here. I assemble and install a new one. I follow the Mercury maintenance manual instructions as well for the proper torque specs and assembly steps.
