You may be able to get one from your local dealer.

i have a 98 explorer and the adpater for the parkinglight broke. where do i find one?

1aauto says:

You may want to check the switch in the door jamb to see if it’s working correctly. If its rusty and not making a good ground this could be the issue. Hope this helps you out. Have a great day. 1aauto.com 888-844-3393

I have question: regarding the interior light of my 98 explorer sport. The interior light does’nt automatically switch off once the car is in motion like it use to. I noticed it the other day & just removed the fuse for it so as to not run down the battery. How do I tell whether or not a fuse is good or bad? have featured fuses on your channel & how to tell if the bad from the good?
Any help would be very helpful. Thanks for your channel.

Yes, you more than likely have a turn signal bulb out in either the front or the rear of the truck. Hope this helps.

A question: My right turn signal is not working. In the car, it blinks at least twice as fast as normal, while showing no blinking with the turn signal light. Would this be a short or dead bulb?

HI, if the plug was damaged in the accident you should be able to get a new one from your local Ford dealer. Hope this helps, have a great day.

I have a question, I have a 2004 explorer, is it a similar instillation? Also, I was in an accident and my front turn light was knocked off and I’m trying to fix it. I think the plug to sync the light with my car is gone and I was wondering if there is a way to replace it? Thank you

I have a Ford Explorer 2004. This covers up to 2001. I’m going to check out your other vids. Thanks.

Argh! I didn’t know they popped out. I had to pay someone with skinny fingers to change my bulb. Three dollars down the drain. LOL

1aauto says:

You might want to check for a possible pinched wire.

Is that cause the new ignition switch or something else.

We only carry the stock replacement lights that these vehicles came from the factory with.

I’m considering changing my front lights to HIDs. Do you have the custom light covers for those? With the Halos and such?
Thanks.

I’ll check on ours but it sounds like your harness is working properly. You did try a new bulb yes?

agonz91 says:

this vid was very very helpful. but i have a question about the headlight harness. my explorer is a 98 and the left headlight is dimmed quite a bit. i checked the volts on it and theres 3 prongs that give power to the bulb. one of the inserts was reading 0 volts. adn the other 2 12 volts. and i was wondering if id be able to just get another harness and just cut off the old one and attach the new one? of if theres another way to fix it. id really appreciate your advice. thank you
