Remove the bulbs and let the lens dry out. You can try to buy some better bulbs, sometimes the bulb gaskets leak or do not seal very well on low quality bulbs. Hope this helps you out. 1aauto.com 888-844-3393

Decided to replace the headlight bulb on my 2005 Mercury Sable and realized it was going to be a bit difficult when I looked under the hood. I ended up looking for videos to help me, as I am not mechanical, and I came across this one. After watching this video, I was able to replace the bulb with little difficulty and it took me less than 3 minutes. Thanks for posting this!

Bulbs are not burned out but there is condensation on the inside of the driver’s side assembly. Does whole assembly need to be replaced?
Yes it would be the same process.
does this apply to a 2000 sable as well?
There should be an adjusting screw on the back of the headlight.
I have the same car and need to adjust the headlights but was wondering how exactly you adjust then do you adjust that black wheel on the back of the housing or that threaded rod that goes through it?

The headlights will need to be adjusted to shine correctly on the road.
will the headlights need to be adjusted when putting in a new headlight assembly?
