No, you wouldn’t need to pay. If you purchased lion or mountain lion from
the app store, you can download it again under the purchased tab. Checkout
the lion disk maker app to learn how to put it onto an external thumb
drive. However, if you follow the method in this video, you won’t have to
worry about reinstalling since the OS will already be cloned onto the new
