my passenger side headlight assembly on a 1995 explorer cant adjust up it wont move at all. but i can move it with my hand i should not be able to do that right
It works….But if you have large hands, it’s challenging.
@ 3:20 I found that if it is very hard to get that piece out with your thumbs or a screwdriver, using a pair of needle nosed pliers and squeezing the black plastic piece works nicely.
Thank you
Thank you thank you thank you!
The headlights are fused together and can’t be taken apart. The whole light would need to be replaced.
do you have any suggestions for this? I am having issues removing the casing for the head light as mine is broken.
thanks for the vid my dad hit a deer and i had to go to the junkyard to get this setup
It should be done in pretty much the same way.
how about for the other side, where its much more difficult!
Thanks for the help!!!
We currently do not have an auto repair video on the 1993 Ford Explorer headlights. We’ll keep this in mind if we ever need to make this repair in the shop. We do carry the replacement lights on our website. Here’s a link to them. 1aauto.com/1A/HeadLights/Ford/Explorer/-/-/1993?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=forum&utm_campaign=1ATony
